  Log into your nootie.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices intact to qualify for a successful pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund or Exchange Completion

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched.
